These Terms of Service apply to services provided by JCL89 Ltd, Companies House number 08243393.

1. Service scope

We provide virtual administrative support as agreed with the client, which may include document preparation, correspondence, appointment coordination, data organisation and form assistance.

2. Fees and payment

Fees, deliverables and timescales are agreed before work begins. Indicative packages are £50, £125 and £200. Any change to scope may require a revised fee.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate instructions, suitable source information and timely access to documents required for the agreed work.

4. Confidentiality and data

We handle client information with reasonable care and only use it to provide the agreed service. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Limits

Administrative support does not constitute legal, financial, medical or regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee a particular outcome from third-party processes.
